There are some prints on display at the New York Public Library titled “Line Up” by Nora Ligorano and Marshall Reese. They Shopped several key players in the Bush administration to make them appear as if they are posing for mug shots. (If you are wondering about the significance of the dates on the slates, they refer to specific dates when each “suspect” made an “incriminatory” statement about Iraq.) They fully admit up front that these Shops were created for artistic political commentary, so they are A-OK in my book! Some samples of the prints…
