Cuz, you know, I hate to think a photo edited so shiteously was done using Photoshop. If so, this is a true Photoshop Disaster…

These images made the rounds of Twitter yesterday like wildfire, and has (deservedly so) caused Microsoft so much grief that they issued a public apology over it. The top generic stock-quality photo depicts a “racially diverse” meeting and was placed on the US Microsoft site, and in the bottom photo (which was shown on the Polish Microsoft site) a white guy’s head was haphazardly slapped in to cover up the face of the black guy in the center. (I guess this was because someone at Microsoft thinks Polish PC users prefer to look at people wincing though obvious neck pain?) The image has since been removed from Microsoft’s Polish site and replaced with the same photo as the US site.
Also, this just in – according to someone at Microsoft creative, PC users the world over prefer to look at monitors that don’t have to plug into anything.
